Billing Policy

Pricing shown on the homepage is informational. Billing actions, checkout, subscription management, and EA downloads are handled inside the dashboard.

• Account connection seats cover connected Cloud Copier trading accounts for the selected billing period.
• Monthly and annual connection plans renew according to the checkout terms shown at purchase unless cancelled through the dashboard or payment provider flow.
• Self-hosted EA access is a one-time access product for downloading and running the MT4/MT5 EA on your own environment, subject to account and platform rules.
• Failed, cancelled, disputed, refunded, or expired payments may limit account connections, downloads, Cloud Copier access, or support for paid features.
• Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, payment processor fees, and broker/platform charges may be separate from RecycleTradesHub plan pricing.
• Unless applicable law requires otherwise, paid subscription charges are generally final and are not automatically refundable.
• Subscription refund requests may be reviewed individually by the Company, and any approval is made at the Company's sole discretion after considering the account, payment, usage, product, and support history.
• Approved cash or card refunds may have a 10% administration deduction to cover merchant and processing costs; refunds issued as account credit are not subject to that administration deduction.
• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable because completed crypto transactions cannot be reversed, recalled, or adjusted. Customers are responsible for checking the wallet address, network, amount, and payment details before sending crypto funds.
• By choosing cryptocurrency as a payment method, you accept the risk of transaction mistakes, network issues, value changes, or other discrepancies that may occur during the payment process.
