Limited Use of User Data

If RecycleTradesHub receives user data from Google APIs or other connected services, our use and transfer of that data is limited to providing and improving user-facing features that are visible in the RecycleTradesHub interface.

• We request only the permissions needed for the feature being provided and do not request permissions for unrelated future use.
• We do not sell user data, transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers, use it for personalized ads, or use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility.
• Transfers are limited to what is necessary to provide or improve the requested feature, protect security, investigate abuse, comply with law, or complete a merger/acquisition/sale of assets with required consent.
• Human access to user data is restricted to cases where the user gives permission, support or security investigation requires it, legal compliance requires it, or aggregated/internal operations require it under applicable privacy rules.
• Employees, contractors, service providers, and successors must follow the same limited-use restrictions when handling user data.
• We protect user data in transit and at rest using reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate for the service.
