What is Cloud Copier?
Cloud Copier is the managed option where RecycleTradesHub hosts the MT4 or MT5 terminal connection for your trading account, so you can manage copier settings and status from the dashboard.
What is the self-hosted EA?
The self-hosted EA is for users who want to run the MT4 or MT5 EA on their own VPS, desktop, or existing MetaTrader setup while still reporting activity into the dashboard.
What is a dedicated VPS/IP seat?
A dedicated VPS/IP seat is a monthly Cloud Copier account connection that uses a customer-assigned dedicated bridge VPS. After a dedicated seat is active, the dashboard can show the assigned IP and let you choose shared or dedicated placement when adding MT4 or MT5 accounts.
What does Account Status mean?
Account Status is the terminal and login state. It can show processing, connected, inactive, or invalid login depending on whether the account is being verified and whether the broker login succeeds.
What does Health mean?
Health is the EA metrics state. It shows whether metrics are live, delayed, or offline. A broker account can be logged in while EA metrics are missing if the EA or terminal stops reporting.
Does pricing on this website start checkout?
No. Pricing on the website is for information only. Use Open Dashboard when you are ready to create an account, manage billing, connect accounts, or download EA files.
What happens with an invalid login?
If the account number, password, broker server, or account access is wrong, the dashboard should show invalid login so you can correct the credentials instead of treating it as an EA metrics problem.
Can I use MT4 and MT5?
Yes. RecycleTradesHub supports MT4 and MT5 workflows through Cloud Copier and self-hosted EA access, depending on how you want each account to connect.
