Cloud Copier is managed from the customer dashboard.
Cloud Copier is the managed option. Customers use the dashboard to add trading accounts, configure copier controls, monitor account health, and review copied trades.
How it works
- The customer adds a trading account from the dashboard.
- The dashboard shows the account status, balance, equity, open positions, trade history, and account health in one place.
- The customer chooses which account should act as the master and which account should receive copied trades.
- The customer configures copier settings such as lot size, risk level, stop loss, take profit, symbol mapping, trade filters, and Trade Manager controls.
- After setup, the dashboard is used to monitor copied trades, review account performance, manage subscriptions, download available files, and contact support when needed.
Status labels
The dashboard separates account status from health. Account status shows whether the account is available through the subscription. Health shows whether recent account updates are reaching the dashboard.
- Connected means the account is active and covered by access.
- Processing means account setup is still in progress.
- Inactive means the account is not currently covered or connected.
- Offline or delayed health means account metrics have not arrived recently.
When to use Cloud Copier
Use Cloud Copier when you want managed hosting and do not want to maintain your own VPS, EA installation, or terminal startup.
