Referral rewards are based on net paid subscriptions.

Every customer can share their referral link from the Referrals section. Rewards are tied to paid subscription revenue from referred customers.

Reward

When a new customer signs up with a referral link, both the referrer and the new customer receive $5 billing-only website wallet credit. When the referred customer subscribes, the referrer earns 10% of released net earned subscription revenue for 1 year from referred signup.

Credit rules

  • Discounts, wallet-funded payments, admin credits, signup bonuses, and refunded unused subscription days do not earn subscription commission.
  • Subscription commission is earned only during the first 1 year after the referred customer's signup.
  • Released subscription rewards can be requested to the website wallet or paid out by crypto after review.
  • Cash rewards become available after the refund hold period.
  • Signup referral credits are billing-only and cannot be withdrawn as crypto.
  • The referral code is different from the customer ID.

Sharing the link

The copy-link button can include a welcome offer message, discount code, and the customer referral URL so users can share it directly.
