Referral rewards are credited when a new account is created.

Every customer can share their referral link from the Referrals section. The reward is tied to account creation through that referral link.

Reward

When a new customer creates an account with a referral link, the new customer receives $5 wallet credit and the referring customer receives $5 wallet credit.

Credit rules

  • Referral credits are billing-only.
  • Referral credits cannot be withdrawn.
  • Credits can be used toward supported subscriptions and billing actions.
  • The referral code is different from the customer ID.

Sharing the link

The copy-link button can include a welcome offer message, discount code, and the customer referral URL so users can share it directly.
