Should I use Cloud Copier or Self-Hosted EA?

Use Cloud Copier if you want to add accounts and manage copier controls from the RecycleTradesHub dashboard. Use Self-Hosted EA if you want to run MetaTrader and the EA on your own VPS.

What does one account seat cover?

One Account Connection seat covers one connected trading account for the selected billing period.

When is referral credit added?

Referral credit is added when a new customer creates an account using the referral link. Both wallets receive $5 billing credit.

How do I contact support?

Use the Contact page or email info@recycletradeshub.com. Include your dashboard email, account number, platform, broker server, and a screenshot when the issue is account-specific.
